Terms & conditions
These terms apply whenever you buy from this site. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.
Who you are buying from
This site is operated by meenarsh, meenarsh, Nashik Maharashtra, India. Throughout these terms, “we” and “us” mean meenarsh.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order after payment. If we cannot fulfil an order — a piece is no longer available, the address is outside India, or the price shown was wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We sell to individuals for personal use, not for resale.
Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery is included: the price on the product page is the amount charged. Prices can change, but never for an order already placed.
Products and images
Photographs are styled to show a piece at its best. Colour can vary between screens, and handmade or natural finishes vary slightly between items. Dimensions are given where known and are approximate.
We describe what we know. Where a specification is not stated, it is because we have not verified it — not because it is implied.
Cancellations, returns and delivery
Covered separately in our cancellations & refunds policy and shipping & delivery policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. If a payment is taken but your order does not appear, contact us with the payment reference and we will resolve it or refund you.
Our content
The name meenarsh, the site’s text, photographs and design belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. Where something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.
