Privacy

When you order: your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address. We need all of it to take the order, deliver it, and reach you if something goes wrong.

When you join the waiting list: your email address, and where you arrived from.

When you browse: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type. We use this to see which pieces people look at and where the site is confusing.

We never see your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure page. Card, UPI and bank details are never sent to us and are never stored on our systems.

Razorpay — payments. They receive your name, email, phone and the amount, and are the ones handling the payment instrument itself.

PostHog — product analytics, so we can see how the site is used.

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Cloudflare R2 (images) — the infrastructure the site runs on.

Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Waiting-list emails are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until we stop operating the list. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

Write to harshada@meenarsh.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting data tied to a completed order may not be possible where we are required to keep the record.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

We use cookies for analytics and, for staff, to keep an admin session signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser can block cookies; the shop will still work.

This shop is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
