At a griha pravesh, the return gift runs the other way from what the phrase suggests: the host gives one to every guest on the way out, not the other way round. The usual answer is a cheap token bought in bulk — the going rate most guides quote is roughly ₹150–500 a head, for a list of 20, 50, sometimes more. We don't sell in that range or at that scale. What we can do is the other half of the same tradition: fewer guests, one properly nice object each instead of twenty identical trinkets.
The mainstream convention, stated plainly
Most griha pravesh return gifts are diyas, kumkum sets, small pooja items, coasters, magnets — bought by the dozen at ₹150–500 each, often with a bulk discount from the seller. That's the norm because the guest list is usually large: neighbours, extended family, everyone who showed up. If that's your list, keep reading elsewhere — the rest of this page is not for you.
Who this is for, and who it isn't
This is for a short list — roughly 6 to 15 people you actually know well, not the full invite list. It's for the host who'd rather give ten close people one real thing each than fifty people a magnet each. ₹799–1,799 a head for ten people is a real, spendable amount for a housewarming; for fifty, it isn't. At that size you're not buying a token, you're buying something the recipient will actually keep out — a cup and saucer on a shelf, a mug in daily rotation. That's the shift this page is for: fewer names on the list, one properly chosen object per person, at a price you'd actually notice — not fifty identical trinkets.
We hold no stock — each order is placed with our supplier and repacked individually, so we're not set up to quote a rate for 40 identical units or guarantee they'd all arrive matched and on the same day.
